Liability Waiver Release<\/h1>\n

This Waiver Release Agreement between the Participant, and the Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club as the Provider of the Activity, and in consideration both parties to this Agreement agree as follows:<\/p>\n

I the Participant being of lawful age and in consideration of being permitted to partake in the activities of the Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club, I hereby waive, release and forever discharge the Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club, its Members, Officers, Agents, Assigns, Legal Representatives and Successors from all manner of actions, causes of actions, claims and demands for or by reason of any injury to person or property, including injury resulting in death, which has been or may be sustained as a consequence of participating in the clay shooting activity, and notwithstanding that any such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the club as the activity provider, I understand that to participate in the activity namely Clay Pigeon Shooting that I agree to this Agreement and I acknowledges that this agreement is given with the intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to me as the Participant and to bind my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns to the terms of this agreement As the Participant I understand that by agreeing to this Agreement, I agree to be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club, its Agents Members, Officers, Assigns, Legal Representatives and Successors for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain while partaking or preparing to participate in the activity of the Hemsworth and District Clay Pigeon Club.<\/p>\n

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties to this agreement and the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not a mere recital. This Agreement will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the Laws of the Country of England.<\/p>\n

DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 21 OF THE FIREARMS ACT 1968:<\/h2>\n

It is an offence for a person who is prohibited by Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1968, and amendments thereof, to have a firearm or ammunition in his\/her possession at any time. This section of the Act applies to any person who has been sentenced to a term of Imprisonment, Youth Custody, or Detention in any
Young offender\u00a0 Institution for three months or more. Persons sentenced for any period between three months and three years are prohibited for a period of 5 years from the date of release. Persons sentenced to three years or more are prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition for life.<\/p>\n
